Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and free from signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, stains, odors, pet hairs, or distinct smells, including deodorant and perfume.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Insuring Your Package: We recommend insuring your package to safeguard against loss during transit. You are liable for return shipping, and insuring the package ensures your protection.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed.
Refunds: After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 days, using the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Exchanges: Currently, exchanges are not automated. To exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund or store credit and then place a new order.
